Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 702!
Proudly serving families in River Hill, Clarksville, Highland, Maple Lawn, and Riverside, Pack 702 has been building adventure, friendship, and character since 1983. Founded by Dick Caruso, our Pack has grown into a vibrant community where boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade explore, learn, and thrive together.
What We’re All About
At Pack 702, every year is filled with opportunities for:
-
Adventure – camping under the stars, hiking trails, and exploring the outdoors.
-
Tradition – racing in the Pinewood Derby, marching in the Fourth of July parade, and joining family camping trips in the spring and fall.
-
Service – giving back through Scouting for Food, sandwich making for Martha’s Kitchen, stream cleanups, and honoring our heroes each Memorial Day at Baltimore National Cemetery during “We Remember.”
-
Fun & Friendship – developing skills, building confidence, and making lifelong memories.
How We Meet
-
Pack Meetings: Once a month at Mt. Zion Methodist Church (all scouts together).
-
Den Meetings: Smaller groups (by grade) meet once or twice a month for hands-on activities and projects.
